When does my meal plan become available each week?
As soon as you sign up you’ll have access to download the current week of meal plans. Each Thursday the next week’s meal plans become available.

How do I access my meal plans?
You can log in to your account at any time and click on Weekly Meal Plans. Each week you’ll also receive a newsletter reminder with a link to log in and download your meal plan in PDF format. 

What if I go out of town and can’t download my meal plan?
You’ll be able to log in and access your meal plan for up to three weeks after it goes live.

How do the subscriptions work? 
When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you’ll be charged each month on the same date until you cancel, which you can do at any time. When you sign up for a 6-month or 12-month plan option, you’ll be charged once at a discounted rate. These options do not automatically renew.

What if I can’t log in or access my meal plans?
Please use our contact form to let us know about any technical issues with your account, and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.

How do I become an affiliate?
Visit our Affiliates page to register your account.

Can I get gluten-free recipes?
Most of the meal plan recipes are gluten-free friendly, meaning that they are either naturally gluten-free or you can easily substitute gluten-free ingredients. In your weekly newsletter you’ll also receive tips on how to eat gluten-free with that week’s recipes.

Can I get recipes for just 1 person?
I’ve revised the meal plan format so that subscribers have fewer leftovers and can choose to make more or less for breakfast and lunch based on what they need. Try a sample menu and see how it works out for you; you might find that the amount of food is just right with leftovers for lunch and weekends. However, if you really are interested in meal plans specifically designed for 1 person, let me know.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in and click on Subscription Info. You’ll see the option to unsubscribe from whatever plan you’ve chosen.
