In a large bowl, combine water and yeast. Let stand a few minutes. Add eggs and oil and blend briefly. Add pizza crust mix and blend 1 minute on medium until combined. Split dough in half in bowl, cover with saran wrap, and allow to rise 20 minutes. (I didn’t see much difference.)
Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Wet your hands with cold water and spread dough to cover the full pan (I used both balls of dough. Bake 7–9 minutes.
Remove from oven, cover with sauce and toppings, and bake 15–18 minutes.
Make and cook crust according to package directions.
