Gluten-Free Pizza Crust


  • 1 pkg. Bob’s Red Mill Pizza Crust mix


  • In a large bowl, combine water and yeast. Let stand a few minutes. Add eggs and oil and blend briefly. Add pizza crust mix and blend 1 minute on medium until combined. Split dough in half in bowl, cover with saran wrap, and allow to rise 20 minutes. (I didn’t see much difference.)
  • Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Wet your hands with cold water and spread dough to cover the full pan (I used both balls of dough. Bake 7–9 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cover with sauce and toppings, and bake 15–18 minutes.


Make and cook crust according to package directions.
